Four steps to Teams success

Saving, resetting and globally defining the columns state

As an App administrator, you will find two different globe icons in the actions menu of all element overviews:

The blue globe will store the current table state (column order, column widths, shown/hidden columns) as an organization default.

After pressing the blue globe button, all users that presses the X-button afterwards (Reset columns) will get exactly the column configuration that was defined before clicking the blue globe.
However, this is just valid for the currently selected category (if there are many).

To set the default column configuration for all columns that are shared between all categories, please press the red globe button.
