This agenda shows the different color codes:
Blue blinking (hourglass icon)
The item is currently waiting for a new SharePoint library to be created. Please have some patience and refresh the page. You should be able to upload new files soon.
Blue (folder icon)
Files have been created for the selected area. You can click it to access them.
Grey
No SharePoint library has been created yet. You can click the tile, and consent with "Yes" to create the library.
Dark yellow
The currently selected area does not allow files to be stored for this element.
Purple (pencil icon)
You can access the update information form, if you click the tile.
Red
You have no permission to access the files of this element.
